Declan’s language is coming along in leaps and bounds now that his other issues are under control. A few days ago, he named his stuffed monkey, “Monkey Paperwork.”
This week’s biggest new phrase is “I don’t know WHY?!” He says this very dramatically and completely out of the context of whatever else is going on.

My in-laws have asked to take the girls to Belize in August with the Oceanic Society to study dolphins, manatees and howler monkeys. We’re still in the planning stages, but this is such a neat opportunity for them, so I’m really hoping all the details will work out!

This morning, we drove down to CSU East Bay. KS received a state award with high honors from Johns Hopkins University – Center for Talented Youth.
